*Please note, retainer fees are non refundable*
Do not book an appointment until you have read and completed all of the required information for the service you are inquiring about. As long as you have no further questions, then you may move forward with booking your procedure. Submission of your retainer fee signifies your understanding and agreement to these terms.

You MUST be 18 years or older, no minors allowed in the studio

Once the service is completed, refunds will NOT be permitted
Failure to comply with policies set in place as well as instructions day of your procedure, will result in cancelling of your session and a new retainer fee to reschedule appointment will be required. If you are unable to comply with instructions during your procedure, you may be seen as a safety hazard to both yourself and/or me and will not be allowed to reschedule.
Please note that rescheduling your appointment can result in wait times depending on my availability.
Results
Results CANNOT be guaranteed as everyone heals and retains pigment differently in the skin. Preparation and aftercare play an important role in pigment retention so make sure to care for your tattoo as instructed only. Additional sessions may be necessary, a minimum of 8 weeks after your procedure, to make any needed changes. This is at an additional cost.
*Important*
If there is a particular style/technique you are expecting from your procedure and my work does not resemble your expectations, please seek a personal consultation with me to discuss possibilities. Please do not assume I can perform the service you are asking for as there are limits within cosmetic tattooing. Failure to acquire a personal consultation to discuss desired results prior to booking an appointment will result in loss of booking fee.
Scheduling a “Perfecting session”
“Perfecting sessions” must be scheduled no sooner than 8 weeks (2 months) after your last session. This is to allow skin to heal properly and safely layer in pigment.
*Clients who insist on scheduling their “perfecting session” sooner than the recommended time frame may be required to sign a “failure to comply” form. Unwillingness to sign a “failure to comply” form will result in cancellation of appointment and loss of retainer fee.
Rescheduling your “perfecting session” to a later date is only considered a “perfecting session” when scheduling within the time frame of 2-6 months after your last session. After 6 months, it is then considered a “Touch Up” which is then priced at “Touch Up” cost. Only ONE reschedule will be allowed before additional retainer fees may be required to keep new appointment.
